My post in September on SanDee&amelie's Steampunk Challenges

When heat and sun set in on old walls where green plants grow up, beautiful butterflies come to relax before their journey continues.

I have used corrugated cardboard, sand paste and paint to give a little 3D effect.

I have used: DecoArt media fluid acrylies: cobalt turquoise hue, cobalt teal hue, yellow green light, quinacridone gold, translucent white, quinacridone violet, yellow oxide. Americana decoupage matte. DecoArt media texture sand paste. Andy Skinner stamp Toxic.

I hope you want to participate in SanDee&amelie's Steampunk Challenges, and I'm looking forward to see your project.

Thank you for visiting my blog and
I wish you a good and happy crafting day.
Hugs, Susan

  1. This year we had the first year with a flood of beautiful butterflies and they were in all colors like at you. The color combination is very harmonic and shining in balance with the nature.
    The plastically effect is great!
